A native of New England (now living in Portland, Oregon), I attended The School of the Museum of Fine Arts within Tufts University in Boston, MA. I currently work at SurveyMonkey where I am the Product Manager of both US & International Growth teams, as well as the Billing & Payments team. Prior roles at companies have spanned across agencies and consultancies.

Design Philosophy:

My role encompasses IC, Design Lead, and Manager. I participate in the full life cycle of product solutioning; from strategy, through user research and design, to the QA of builds prior to release. I approach each project with a blended understanding of business, technical, and user goals, and apply design thinking and user centered methodologies as often as I can, but remain flexible depending on project scope & timelines. One of my particular areas of passion is fostering collaborative relationships across product teams and cross functional team members. I mentor and lead my design teams based on a value system that includes honesty, transparency, candor, and a healthy dose of humor.

"Real creativity requires logging off." — Erika Hall, Design Co-founder at Mule

Slowing down and working with my hands, either in the ceramics studio or in my garden, continues to be my creative outlet. Traveling solo inspires me and makes sure I'm connected to myself. And striving to never say: "I wish I would have done that sooner" pushes me out of my comfort zone to try new things.
